This week we embraced the fall season's color and flavors. The highlight was the salad which was designed to emulate a pile of raked leaves in the fall. I wanted to not only capture autumn through flavor and presentation, but through textural connotations, as well. The fish was conceived while listening to Frank Ocean's 'Channel Orange', hence the color-scheme
